New Wildcard Filters Are Here – Smarter Parcel Searches in Zamplo

We’ve just released a highly requested update: four new wildcard filters that make it easier than ever to zero in on specific parcels.

You can now use wildcard search filters for:

• APN

• Owner Name

• Subdivision

• Legal Description

Wildcard filters let you run powerful, flexible searches. Use % to represent any number of characters or _ for a single character. For example:

• 107% finds any APN name that starts with “107”

• %LLC finds any owners that end with “LLC”

• %Real% finds anything that contains “Real”

Here are a few ways to put them to work:

• Find APNs that start with a specific number series to get hyper-focused on an area you already know fits your buy box.

• Filter out unwanted owners by excluding names with words like “Church,” “LLC,” or “Government.”

• Use legal descriptions to zero in on keywords or phrases that identify parcels matching your exact criteria. For example, %Section A% can help you target areas where well permits are allowed.

• Target or exclude specific subdivisions based on restrictions, HOA rules, or desirability.

It works both ways - you can include the things you want, or remove the things you know you absolutely don’t.

This new update gives you full control to find, refine, and focus your data like never before.
