After releasing the Wetlands map overlay, we added another layer of clarity to help you build stronger lists and avoid problem parcels earlier in your process.

You can now see and filter parcels by the percentage of wetlands coverage, not just whether wetlands exist.

Instead of a yes or no flag, you decide how much wetlands impact is acceptable for your buying criteria. Whether that’s 20%, 40%, or none at all, Zamplo lets you set that threshold before you ever export a list.
